Icy River Rapids In Slow Motion At Big Falls Campground In Price County Wisconsin

I shot this footage last weekend with my GoPro Hero 3. I had no particular reason for shooting it, other than to try the waterproof case and 120 frames per second frame rate. The footage is slowed to 30fps using GoPro Cineform Studio. Watch it in 720p HD, full screen to get right in those rapids.

HTML5 Video Narrative Web Site

I just completed a web production class at UW-Stout. One of the projects was to build a narrative web site, which you can see here. One warning though, a modern browser with HTML5 capabilities must be used. Internet Explorer will NOT display the site correctly! Current versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari work fine with best results in the latter two. Continue reading »
